Don't know if this is a bug or not, but a previous post got locked without reply from staff, so I am wondering why the lake of rage tutor rejects gyara. it can learn bounce as a tutor technically, but apparently not in pro. if it's to prevent people from accidental evolves and being careful that's bs because a preevo move tutor was added. I got a gyara evolved and I didn't have a choice to teach bounce when it was still a karp. Thanks in advance.

Exactly, and not when it's gyarados, which is why i made this thread. Either this is intentional or unintentional. If it's unintentional, it's a bug, and should be fixed. If it's intentional it should also be fixed because PRO has already demonstrated they are tolerant of people making mistakes and evolving too early by implementing the preevo move tutor.
