just a few moments ago, the game server lagged, and i had to logout because my mankey couldn't perform his attack ( server probably went down again .. )

so 15 minutes later i log me in again on the game..

my mankey which i just trained to lvl 16 , came back at level 13 ...

but rattata that grew from 16 to 18 still was level 18 ..

i was battling wild monsters west of the bridge in cerulean city, next to the cave

 

the missing exp can be earned again .. that's not the issue for me ..

but it would be nice to make sure this doesnt happen again .. i couldve trained him for 15 levels .. which is a big amount of time ...
