hello i wanted to reprot that Lilligant can't use the Pre-evolution move tutor and learn the oves she gets as Petilil.

Hello, sorry for the inconvenience, only certain Pokemon can use this tutor to teach certain pre-evolution move, and Lilligant not in the list.
