I don't know if this one is run into a lot seems it happened when I traded to my friend pokemon 1,2,3 and it moves them up in the list but reordering fixed them I thought I would just say it happened with a little proof

You are stating that when you was trading Pokemon, the direction in which Pokemon was released in battle was different.

 

Such as the Alakazam is shown to be first, but the Onix was release first in battle?

Yeah alakazam was my first to appear but it had the pokemon display of onix with his level but had alakazam's hp Anything else about it I can answer like I said I think it was triggered because I traded to my friend pokemon slots 1,2,3 so when it moved them up it bugged the displayed ones
