Hello PRO team, its been a long time i mean like a year or so when i started playing the game on blue server ,back then i thought i wont be needing the red server now when i "finished" the blue and haveing 555+hrs i want to start red but i made a mistake back in the day i clicked ok on my character costumatization and its been bothering me so if u can please restart my red server character so i can start it again please ty

sorry for the inconvenience. There is nothing we can do, to restart you character. You need to be careful on your own, before you chose your character costumization. The only way to change it now is using a Magic Mirror or a new Account.

Reset account

We will not. You are entitled to create another account as the rules state you can have only 2 per e-mail address (You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person) or play in other servers as per server have different save. Staff will not disable, delete, or reset your account without specific reason.
