Buying membership doesn't necessarily mean that you will receive a mount. Mounts were given previously by Shane to those that had ms, because we are currently in a testing phase there isn't a way of obtaining one unless it is given by a staff member. Once we are live there will be various ways to obtain them.

That means you will have access to mounts, that normal players will not. That doesnt mean they will give you a free mount.

 

The game is in test phase, so maybe they dont added the NPCs to sell all that stuff yes because is not "important" yet.

As Skipo stated, you'll have access to mounts that normal players won't.Access being the key word here. Mounts will still have to be obtained you'll just have more of a selection to choose from than those without ms.
