Recently I tried to teach take down tm to swablu who learns it at lvl 28 I think it is and I was unable to.

I also tried to teach skiddo energy ball which it can learn on pokemon x/y but was unable to on this.

I am unsure if there is a specific area for me to post this so sorry if it is in the wrong section
