Outlanderpy Posted August 24, 2017 Share Posted August 24, 2017 Recently I tried to teach take down tm to swablu who learns it at lvl 28 I think it is and I was unable to. I also tried to teach skiddo energy ball which it can learn on pokemon x/y but was unable to on this.
