accidently while the many talks i press alot and accidently chose a starter i dont want to please help me if i can restart sinnoh or something ..

Unfortunately, we cannot help you in this case as it's the error of your own. If we were to replace your starter, we'd have to offer the same service to everyone else who asks for it. Instead, I recommend building a strong team around the Pokemon that you chose. Piplup is a very strong Pokemon can can easily beat Sinnoh by itself if used correctly. I did it myself :) Apologies of any inconveniences this causes you.
