Well after i collected 344 evo datas , I headed to littleroot town and first i talked to mom then tv , they said same old talks so i went outside and talked the reporters with latias and they disappeared then i went back home and talked to mom and went up stairs then went to watch tv, it said red pokemon is still roaming around ( i didnt even choose latios or latias) but then i can't find it outside where the reporters where or anywhere at home. I hope this is being solved. I worked all night for evo datas... thanks.

Have you completed the Latias/Latios seen data quest? You need to complete it first before you can start the quest to catch one of them.

Resolved already and caught it. Thanks for the huge efforts guys I really appreciate it.
