Sorry for my bad english. Hi, the way to get the bicycle was changed several weeks ago, actually you have to bring him a Ditto with your OT. Good hunt. You need to talk first to Samuel in Vermiloin city, he is going to ask you to a find a friend for his Ditto. Basically you need a Ditto of your own OT - there is also a new spawn in route 8 for Ditto. After you gave him the Ditto, Samuel will give you a bike voucher and then you need to pay 60k to the bike shop owner in cerulean city. Good luck at the ditto hunt!
