I posted in another thread regarding not being able to donate on PC. Afterwards I found I was able to donate on the android client. After checking I found that the external links sent through "System" messages in chat did not work I found out that it was an external link issue, not a problem with the donating or my account. Has this been an ongoing problem for some people? Has anyone found a fix to this?

 

I've already tried:

• -Reinstalling client
  -Trying another account(with same email)
  -Trying a different system (phone with success)

 

Any help is greatly appreciated. It is inconvenient to have to log into the phone client to be able to donate or follow links. I will continue to search for an answer on here as well as in game.

Hey, this is KohkauOni's second account. I resolved this issue myself. It was sort of a convoluted fix, but long story short was that it was a browser issue on my end. So if anyone is having this issue, I suppose your first step should be to check to see if your browser is installed correctly.
