Hello. Today I've caught Larvesta with 281 points and I leveled it up to 25 lvl so it had 290 points. Almost at the end of catching the game client crashed during the wild battle so after logging again I was moved to PC and now I am not able to go back for rewards and Volcarona Wings.

 

 

130 + 25 + (31+18+24+21+12+29) = 290 points

 

Hope you can help me with this issue :Frown:

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but since your game crashed, it's considered as a disconnect and so, as a lose.

I understand this is frustrating because this is unexpected and you lost your reward, but there is nothing that can be done since it's due to a crash.

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback?. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.
