I just want to say that I'm really really disapointed to see that I had huge luck to get Phione after beating Computer Boss.

I prepared my modest sync for the fight, but the game shutted down just after the caught, and I couldn't even have the time log out to save.

My roomate is also and player, named Bratux09, and he was next to me during the crash because we were really excited about the capture of this legendary pokemon.

I know this is beta version and crashes can happen, that's why I always log out to save to avoid this kind of bad things.

But this time I didn't even had the time to do it, and that makes me really furious because I'm a good player and I spend a lot of time and even money to support this game.

Please don't let me without any help, this wouldn't be correct.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I understand your anger, Phione is a legendary Pokemon pretty difficult to get but unfortunately we can't do anything because it was lost in a rollback.

You have a good reflex to force the save by logging off, but sometimes this is not enough to keep your progress, especially in this case. Crash and rollback are out of our control so it will be impossible for us to help you. As a player I understand your point of view and your position, but as a staff I can't do anything further for you.

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback?. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.
