Guys I need help I CAN NOT ENTER MY SERVER. !!

I played in the BLUE SERVER but I like the bugeo to enter the cave that is near the electric tower. Now when I try to get into the server it is loading the map and then the game is closed.

Then I moved to the red server and the same thing happened before I reached that cave.

WHAT CAN I DO? I do not want to start again and if it happens to me on the other server, I will not be able to play any more.
