Hey there. I had a weird thing happen with the ditto/bike quest in Kanto. I caught a ditto, gave it to the kid in Vermilion City in exchange for the voucher. I checked my inventory and didn't see the voucher in there so I went to the Cerulean City bike shop to talk to an NPC and see if I actually had the voucher on me and just couldn't see it. They didn't mention the voucher. A day or so later I log on to the game and check with the ditto kid in Vermilion and he said he was looking for a ditto again. I know I gave him a ditto already (my pokedex even says I have caught a ditto and there are no dittos in my storage box) so I don't know what to do right now.

Sorry for the inconvinience.. But after checking your variables, they don't indicate that you've actually given the NPC a ditto. Therefore, even if you've actually done it, you will need to redo it since we can't see any evidence that you've done it.
