I just trained a Lucario, but I went too fast to evolve, I forgot to teach him Nasty Plot (riolu can learn, not Lucario). Is it possible to fix this problem please?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Fortunately as you can see it on my screenshot, your Lucario is able to relean Nasty Plot if you talk to the Pre-Evolution Tutor, which one is located in Kanto Daycare, at south Cerulean City on Route 5.
