I gave my porygon2 to a guy for dex and when he returned it, it attempted to evolve even without a Dubious Disc. I was in Cerulean PC.

This bug has already been reported, but thanks for doing it !

Actually you still need Dubious Disc in order to get a Porygon-Z, the bug is just displaying the evolutionary windows but even if you click on "Yes", nothing happens. This should be fixed on next client update.
