Nasulelijah Posted September 6, 2017 Share Posted September 6, 2017 Well not even sure this is the correct place to post but here it goes, as you know both staffs and players when you go and catch heatran the master ball vanish, i got mine and i didn`t got my master ball back. In my opinion this quest got changed and was bugged alot of times along the way ( wich i don`t blame you for this, it happens ), but it got past 2 weeks already and anything besides ``we will talk and see what we can do`` ``pm and we set a date based on timezone to work on it`` ``soon we will see a resolve``, we didn`t even got an update or something official. Some of you may think i just want to flame persons from staff, wich i will definetly say i am not, but let`s be honest, i worked for my master ball, and i got no information whatsoever for it on this quest, i`ve been talking in pm be with lucareus ( the community manager ) wich he told me this thing will get resolved and i waited ... and waited ..... aaaaaand waited. I am hopefully by saying it here we can get the proper treatment and resolve this bug, i am not the only one having this issue after i got my heatran If you want to ask, yes i talked with Buck npc and recovered only rare candies and dissapiered after, no i didn`t use an escape rope after the battle. Artoriel Posted September 13, 2017 Share Posted September 13, 2017 Hi there, We're really sorry for your loss, but after discussing it with the rest of the Content Team, we've come to the conclusion that we won't give any refunds since there's no evidence that you had the master balls (your variables indicate that your master balls were already refunded by Buck or you didn't have any from the beginning). Master Balls are also cheaper now (only 10 PvP Coins each), so it should be easier for you to obtain them again if you indeed had them. This outcome is a final decision from us, so we will be locking this. Sorry for the inconvinience.. Do not contact staff members for private support.
