yesterday around midnight after i defeated Elm and got 10k and cyndaquil as a reward i was kicked out of the server and couldn't log in again. When i logged in today to check on my rewards there wasn't any cyndaquil in my pc and when i tried to speak to Elm he was on cooldown but he's not counting my last win with him. Can someone help me with this issue?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but you have been hit by a rollback.

I know this is frustrating because this is unexpected and you lost your reward, but there is nothing that can be done since it's due to a crash.

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback?. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.
