Today i catch a Parasect Shiny with 300+ point i recive the 1st place reward but i don't recieve the volcarona wings.

I only got rare candy and money

In order to claim the Volcarona Wings, you need to submit a regular Pokemon with 290+ score, or a Shiny one with 400+.

Most of people misunderstood this rule about Shiny Pokemon and most of the time are confused when they see they didn't get their Wings. Sorry about that.

As stated in the Bug Catching Contest topic, about the Volcarona Wings :

Note from Thor: [...] for players who get 290+ points score (or 400+ if they caught shiny pokemon) [...]
