No clue where to post this but... Not sure if it's good or rare, but up top it says the squirtle's ID Number is 0. Never had a pokemon's ID to be 0 before.

sorry for the inconvenience. Like BurdyBurns told you, the number will appear at some point. The Pokemon needs a few minutes till it assigns as your ID and also your OT. Relogging could also help to save the ID Data from the Server.
