I'm facing the problem that i can't relearn any moves from my previous growlithe form when im in arcanine form , anyone has any idea ? (i evolve it to arcanine when growlithe is in lv97)

Hello,

 

That's because Arcanine (and evolution forms from evo stones in general) doesn't learn many moves.

You'll have to teach 'em before evolving, or try the Pre Evo Move Relearner located in Daycares :)

 

 

EDIT: I've been told that, in the case of Arcanine, it relearns Growlithe's moves at the Eggmove Tutor, and not the Pre Evo move relearner

As already stated by [mention]MecanoJilano[/mention], it seems that Arcanine relearns the major part of its moves via Egg Move Tutor as you can see it on my gif just below.
