i'd like to suggest to make it more easier to get. I battled them 12times now and got only twice money reward.

Nah. Considering how much money they give, and how they don't require a ton of preparation, I think it's fine. It probably works out to be the same as consistently battling another boss and getting the small cash reward each time.
