I'm sorry for the inconvenience. In order to get access to Trainers Valley you need to meet some requirements :

∙ Fight with Red at top of Mt. Silver (no matter if you win or lose) ▪︎ Mt. Silver Walkthrough

∙ Get 120 Pokemon from Kanto in your Pokedex

∙ Get 38 evolved

∙ Take train from Saffron City or Goldenrod City Station
