If you already have the pass, it will check for how much time until it expires. So if you were able to get another ticket, then your pass has either been expired or you didn't have the pass. Sorry, but no refunds can be given unless you have a solid evidence that you indeed already have the pass and were able to buy it again. I will keep this open for 7 days in case you have any evidences. Otherwise, I will lock this topic. Do not contact staff members for private support.
