I cannot go past the Eula or whatever it's called because I am on an Android TV box hooked up to a television that is not touch related. I tried the game on my Android phone and the controls that way just feel god awful, especially with the gui needing to be enlarged in order for me to be able to press any buttons. PLEASE help. As my mouse keyboard AND gamepad cannot interact with that menu, and my phone is not compatible for my gamepad or any USB devices.

I can't tell if that helps you but for the Android TV Box you can get a pretty cheap keyboard/track for interaction.

Maybe that can/will help you for your Problem.
