According to the staff schedule, it may takes some time to a Moderator to handle a report. We have IRL stuff, job, and sometimes family to take care of, so we can't manage PRO 24h/24h.

I saw that you posted your report few hours ago, now the only advise I could give you is to be patient. I'm pretty sure you will get an answer soon.

 

Regarding your stolen Pokemon, it's up to a Moderator to investigate your case, analyze evidence and then decide the final outcome. Since your report is private, nothing much will be said here about it.
