Naoizdabest Posted September 23, 2017 Share Posted September 23, 2017 https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Frustration_(move) this is the information of Frustration move, It should have max 102 base power with 0 happiness. but no matter I do, the lowest happiness of the pokemon is 5 and I can't make it lower to 0, that mean max Frustration base power is just 100 which should be 102.
