If you wish to dress as a Team Rocket member, you can buy the outfit and the cap from Coin Shop by changing real money for coins.

You can also use our Trade Zone forum, according to your server feel free to create a new topic in the subforum "Coins & Items" if you want to use this way.

Lastly, you can use your in game Trade Channel and buy these clothes from other players. Keep in mind that you need at least 4th Badge from Kanto (Rainbow Badge) to be able to trade.
