Can't start the game on my notebook

I cant start the game om my notebook, just pc(desktop).

is there any requirements so it can run?

the fact that i dont have a Graphics Card in the notebook incapacitates from running?

because i con open it, but is a black screen that does not change.

Pls help me I really liked the game and wanted to play it in my notebook

1- Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

2- Disable anti-virus program

3- Restart computer

Updated drive and reinstall Direct X
