I haven't heard of someone getting it off the boss before but if it is a boss item then it is tradable so someone should be able to buy it for you for and if you pay them about 150-200k they could trade it to you. That is if it is not a pvp only item.

yes you can get that clothes from PvP coin shop or random reward by beating that boss

I got one from the boss

the boss would ask you to choose diva dress for girl or punk jacket for boy

but since the boss reward is randomly given, the color is random too

and the clothes is not tradable
