As [mention]FlaFlaPT[/mention] mentioned, the limit of owned Pokémon is of 900, which equals to 60 full boxes in PC Storage, minus the eventual Pokémons in your party. :x Since Pokémons only get ID two to three minutes after being caught, unless force-saved by relogging, we can't spawn them back for you or anything.
