How to file a report:

In this thread it will be explained how to file a report against a player that has infringed any of PRO's rules.

 

What to include in the report:

---

- The infringing player's username.

- An explanation of what happened.

- Appropriate evidence to support the case ( = screenshots / videos ).

How to make an effective report:

---

In order to ensure that rule infractions result in appropriate punishments, we ask for you to ALWAYS provide sufficient evidence:

 

General infractions (applies to Trade and PvP related as well):

• Take and provide screenshots of FULL conversations / in-game chat channel that you want to report, with timestamps if possible.
  
• Provide any other sort of evidence you deem useful to support your case.
  
• DO NOT post about the rule violation you suffered/witnessed in the in-game chat or public forum, open a thread in Report Center in the server you belong to.
  

 

 

Trade Related infractions:

• Take and provide screenshots of the FULL trade-related conversation held with the player you're trading with and the actual trade happening before pressing "Accept".
  
• Make sure that the terms of the trade are clear and a final agreement is met for both parties.
  
• Provide evidence of the Pokemon that was being sold if the user tries to switch them.
  
• Clear evidence that the offender is ignoring your messages in scams, fake buying and fake selling cases.
  
• We do not reverse trades that happened if you clicked "Accept" and regret your decision.
  
• In Fake Auction cases, please provide your evidence with timestamps.
  

 

 

PvP Related infractions:

• Follow the coloured instructions on the PvP Rules thread for what evidence is needed in each infraction.
  
• Prove that the battle is Ranked by showing the Red PvP Icon.
  
• Provide any evidence of you contacting the opponent to resolve the issue.
  
• Take and provide a screenshot of your Pokemon's movesets whilst in battle (Sleep Clause abuse).
  

 

 

External evidences

• Evidence from outside of PRO. I.E. Unofficial/ guild Discord servers, Social Medias, external forums, etc cannot be used to solely back your claims however can be used as supporting evidence. Different levels of verification may be required for different pieces of evidence.
  

 

 

Report form:

In order to keep reports more tidy and organized, here is a suggested form to fill.

 

Copy + Paste the following code in a new thread in the server you belong to:

Title of your Report: Infraction.
[b]Reported player[/b]: 
[b]Explanation[/b]: 
[b]Evidence[/b]: 

 

Example:

 

Cursing in All Chat.

Reported player: Bill123

Explanation: I was in All Chat but then this user started to curse at my friends and I for no reason. Please find the evidence attached below.

Sleep Clause:

 

Since I found a lot players failed to provide us sufficient screen shoot for Sleep Clause Report.

In your report you need to provide us a full-screen screen shoot while you having that battle include moveset of 2 slept pokemons (so we know the sleep is not self-induced) and picture must show the Red Ranked PvP Logo as shown in the screenshots below (so we know that's a ranked battle). A good and sufficient proof for a SCR must be as following:
