I have found out that on route 22 when you are surfing you don't get attacked by any pokemons when you should find severel there.

I don't know is this only happened to me, or anyone else. It was on the blue server.

 

This might be under the statement of "mapping bugs" or the general bugs, but I felt I should report it here.

Actually this is not a bug, encounters are different according to the time of the day. Precisely, on this route you can find multiple Pokemon depending on whether you surf or fish. Via Surfing, there is no Pokemon that can spawn during Day time (10 am — 8 pm), that's why you can't find any of them, unless you use your Fishing Rod.
