Missing game caracter

When I log in into the game my game character dissapear and I cannot play.Please answer me!!!

Foremost, do you meet the game's requirements?

Desktop:

Operating Systems: Windows Vista+, Mac OS X 10.7+, Ubuntu 10.10+.

Graphics Card: DX9 (shader model 2.0) capabilities; generally everything made since 2004 should work.

CPU Speed: 2Ghz+ Processor recommended.

Ram: 2GB+ recommended.

 

Android:

Operating System: Android 4.4 (KitKat) or later.

CPU: 1.2Ghz+ Dual Core or better recommended.

Ram: 1.5GB+ recommended.

Graphics Support: OpenGL ES 2.0 or later.

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

  1. Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip
  2. Disable anti-virus program
  3. Restart computer

Other solution:

Update your drivers and reinstall Direct X

 

 


 

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client.

I met all the requirements and I can play on the blue and yellow but game character is gone on red server after I become hoenn champion.I don't know what is wrong.Maybe is some kind of bug?

 

Alright; could you please provide screenshots of your issue? That could help ^^

 

 

Furthermore, can you try to log on another device?

If yes:

  • Is the issue still there?
  • Is the issue still only on Red?

 

 

It might be server-side, meaning you would have to wait for a server reboot for it to get fixed

If you cannot walk either up or left, then use an escape rope, or battle someone and lose; here is the command for the latter option:

/battle username

If you're still stuck then, you will need to wait for a full staff to be available and to send you to a PokéCenter :)
