One IV can differ slightly (eg. SPDef below 20 while everything else is above 20, etc.) EV : Trained or untrained are all welcome :D My budget would be around 2M - 3M You can send a pic of your excadrill in this topic or PM me in the forums (You can try to PM me ingame but weekdays I don't come online often.)
