So I am looking for an Excadrill OR Drillbur with the following attributes :

 

Nature : Jolly

 

Ability : Sand Rush

 

IV : Atk : 27 and above

Speed : 27 and above

Everything else : 20 and above. One IV can differ slightly (eg. SPDef below 20 while everything else is above 20, etc.)

 

EV : Trained or untrained are all welcome :D

 

My budget would be around 2M - 3M
