Cryogonal is currently in game but I'm afraid as for now you can't get it. Given that this Pokemon is located in a closed area and there's no ETA on when you will be able to get freely on it, I just advise you to remain patient.

Keep an eye on our Downloads & Update Logs thread, when this area will get an access, you're going to be informed here.

 

Sooner or later the Snowpoint Temple will be opened and I hope you'll enjoy your Cryogonal's hunt.
