I'm sorry for what happened to you. But since you already created a report about the player who scammed you, I can only advise you to remain patient and wait for an answer from one of our Moderators. It may take some time.

Edit you report by describing what happened and providing enough evidence of your agreement such as screenshots for example, it would help the investigation.
