I was recently attempting the Elite 4 in Kanto region and had consistent connection issues, I was trying to progress thru the disconnects but after my second "re-run" of the Elite 4 (every time i got disconnected it put me back in the starting room, twice I got to Lance) I realized too late that the disconnects had been consuming my items even though i was not receiving the credit for winning the battles. Long story short I'm down about 90k pokedollars because of connection issues and was wondering how or why this happened and how I can prevent it in the future. Obviously some sort of compensation would be nice but that is not what I made this post for. MY PING WAS FINE DURING THIS WHOLE INCIDENT. TIA FOR ANY ASSISTANCE. :Angry: :Frown: :Shocked:

Yeah, you will need to do the Elite Four in one run, otherwise it will count as a loss, requiring you to start it over again!


 

[glow=red]Regarding your disconnection issues:[/glow]

  • Try to add an exception to your firewall, or disable it;
  • Try running the game in admin mode, or compatibility mode;
  • If you're using a proxy, try to play without it;
  • If you're not: try to use one ^^

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

  1. Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip
  2. Disable anti-virus program
  3. Restart computer

Other solution:

Update your drivers and reinstall Direct X

 

 


 

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client.

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback?. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.
