I'm sorry for what happened to you.

I see that you created 2 reports about the same issue and one of them was posted in the wrong section so I moved it in the Report Center. Now I can only advise you to remain patient and wait for an answer from one of our Moderators. It may take some time according to their schedule.

 

Of course, you don't have to donate to get a quicker answer, it doesn't work this way. Keep in mind that we have also real IRL stuff to take care and we can't manage PRO 24h/24h. I'm pretty sure you'll get an answer soon, again please be patient.
