Hi, i contact the supporter for the account iside1991, i was in Battle whit the boy of the rattata near the elite 4 , and the game has crashed for server problem ( 0 player online ) ,After relogged i ve try to fighters whit this guy another time but he Say " my rattata Need rest " etc etc. And the coldown has started .

Now i ask to reset the coldown ,because ive active the membership and i d payed for It , and cant wait 1 week for go to hoen. Thanks

Sorry for this inconvenience, crash server randomly happens time to time, but we're doing our best to avoid them.

Regarding your issue, Youngster Joey's cooldown is 2h, so you should be able to fight him again. If you're still unable to start the fight, I'll forward your case to a Content Scripter.
