Would you mind posting a screenshot to help me understand your issue? :Shy:

So far, I can only suggest you to try out relogging, see if the Machop moves then, if you are indeed stuck

If you get stuck again in the future, you can try these easy steps before asking on the forums, since it might help you out, and faster than waiting for an answer here:

• Click on the ReSync arrow, next to your shortcuts:
  
• Alt+tab, if it is just your character that isn't moving;
  
• Use an escape rope - or challenge another player to a battle and lose it; you will be sent to your last visited PokéCenter;
  
• Restart your game client.
