I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

When the scientist says this kind of dialogue, it means that you don't meet the necessary requirements. Most of the time when a player facing this issue, it misses a caught data in the Pokedex, so please have carefully a check on your Johto Pokemon caught data !

 

As reminder, the requirements are :

GS_Ball.png251.png ▶︎ Celebi's quest requirements


・Complete Kanto Dex all seen and caught (except for legendaries)

・Complete Johto Dex all seen and caught (except for legendaries)

・Get at least 121 evolved Pokemon

・351h+ playtime
