Hello, there, lobogames! You can see if you are banned on the Dashboard; If you are indeed banned, please don't talk about it here, but in the Appeal subforum. However, other issues can prevent you from logging ingame that do not imply a ban of your account: If you are using a proxy, try to log in without itIf you are trying to play on a public connection such as at school or work, they can have blocked the game on their network Try to add an exception on your firewall for the game Try to run the game in admin mode or compatibility mode Otherwise, try following the steps in the Issue Guide: Hit by a Cannot connect to server messageCrash issues or other issues Sorry for the inconvenience, and I hope it will be fixed soon!
