I was doing the heatran quest and i failed it once i got a new gyarados and opened my bag

and my 102 rare candies were gone. I did not log out/trade/mail them anywhere. HELP PLEASE.

This is not a bug, therefore I moved your topic to General Support:

Heatran's quest is made in a way to ensure its difficulty, so all your eventual masterballs and rare candies are removed from you when you access the area.

Just talk back to Buck in said area, and you will get your goods back :Grin:

Talking to buck didnt get my rare candies and masterball back

 

Upon checking, Buck still has your rare candies, but you will have to talk to the one inside the mountain to get them back, not the first one that lets you go inside :)
