Hello Bluetiful

You don't need to have an active Membership to buy the Kanto Safari Pass, you just have to be Hoenn Champion.

Once you buy it, you get an unlimited access in the Safari (only in the region you bought the pass) for the next 24h. However after each 20 minutes spent the Safari you'll be teleported in the lobby and you'll have to enter again, but still without any extra fee.
