HELP! I cannot log in to my account!

My account name is Artorie

In Mt. Moon B1F, I tried to battle a Rocket Grunt, I came to her, she turned and the game got stuck.

I could not move or talk or anything so I logged off.

Then I tried to log back in, but it is not possible.

I tried several times, but it always writes "Logging in..." and then nothing even if I wait for more than 10 minutes

I tried it on 2 different computers and result is the same.

I think it is connected to me being stuck in the game. Can anybody from the staff please help me with this problem?

sorry for the inconvenience. The Servers are currently down, there is no ETA when they come back online. You can always check the server status here.

Also for future reminder never ask for server status, as said in our forum rules!
