Stayed offline for what seemed like 10 hours, logged back in to no Shiny Machop. Kinda sad, dont want to kill 8000 more Machops to re get him. Hello Bnanner I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but it seems that you have been hit by a rollback. I know this is frustrating because this is unexpected and it made you lose your shiny Machop, but there is nothing that can be done since it's due to a crash and no refund can be made. When you catch a shiny Pokemon, I advise you to force save your progress by logging out manually, by this way the server save your last data and your Pokemon is safe. As said in this topic : ▶︎ Lost by crash issues Including disconnections and rollbacks Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility.
