Hello there, hieubon1234, and foremost, I'm sorry for the inconvenience!

Have you tried these following steps already?

Hit the resync arrow, bottom left
Using an escape rope
Battling someone and lose, disconnecting during the battle being the fastest way
Restarting your client

If you're still stuck, I can send you to your last visited PokéCenter; but since it was a few hours ago, I'm waiting for your feedback

I tried putting and battling with others but when I did fight and fight they only sent me if they were pokecenter
